Welcome to Hearthside Poodles
We specialize in raising high caliber and
distinctively good tempered,
well-humored, intelligent and very healthy puppies
for families and individuals.
We do this by having healthy adults,
giving them lots of room to run
and exercise on a daily basis,
providing qualitry nutritious food and NuVet
vitamins also.
We have exercise equipment for our adults to play on too.
And, it is not all about our adults either.
We are there at the births of our babies,
we give them supplement feedings if needed,
we give love and gentleness,
tons of socialization, good food,
groomings, picture taking, dressing up, playing with, singing to, dancing with - kisses, you name it - these puppies experience lots of fun times with people before they ever leave here.
You will see on these pages, our adults, puppies available,
and puppies that have been happily placed in wonderful homes.
Almost every puppy produced here will have Champion Bloodlines.
Every puppy is double registered with AKC and UABR or
ACHA and UABR, if it is one of our Designer Breeds.
As we do more showing of our dogs, at APRI dog shows, we will
be registering families w/ that registry also.

We do not always have all of these puppies available, but welcome your questions,
and we do keep waiting lists - so let me know if you don't see what you want right now.

"Hi Mary Ann,
Wanted to keep in touch and let you know all could not be better. This was the best
thing that has happened in our lives in a long time. Harley and Mercedes are the joy
of our lives and all that come in contact with them.
Mercedes is doing great!! She is now 4.6lbs and has so much love., and such a
femine trate of her. So gentle, but oh how she can put up a good round fight with Harley.
She definalty sets her boundries and lets him know who is boss. but then again she
let him know when its time to play. She can run like a road runner, and jump like a bunny!
Harley is my boy and i mean ALL boy!! He is now at 8.4lbs and what a stack of beautiful hair he has. He has finally overcame the fear of the doggie door, and thinks its now fun!!! I believe he goes in and out, just to make me laugh!! I swear he has a smile, and is so smart to know when to use it. He loves to give sloppy kisses, and shares them with everyone!!

This is Ephraim, he was born April 26th.
"Dear Mary Ann,
As Maggie approaches her second birthday, we just wanted to let you know that she is very healthy & happy. She is beautiful & still has black tipped ears, which are a perfect accent. She is the most popular pup in our building & is loved by everyone. She weighs a bit over 8 lbs. She has dog buddies of all shapes & sizes. Even a couple of gigantic ones. One of her favorite friends is a parrot named Emmy. When Maggie approaches, Emmy says, "Hi, Friend." Maggie cocks her head & listens, but hasn't been able to muster a word in response.
She is the absolute sweetest, most loving dog possible. She is a great cuddler. She's been known to sleep on my husband's head. When I was sick last winter with a nasty flu, she laid her face on my cheek to make me feel better. And it worked!
When we had long spells of nasty weather, we arranged play days for her with one of our building's dog walker/dog lover ladies. She and 2 or 3 dog friends romped the day away at Rosie's. Rosie is a great dog-sitter, she keeps Maggie in her apartment when needed. We've only been away once since we've had Maggie. (A 5 day trip to San Francisco). Rosie was a terrific solution. No trauma at all.
She doesn't much care for cameras, so I don't have anything current to send. Daughter Julie is coming tomorrow for 4th of July fried chicken & she's good with the camera. If I get anything new, I'll send it.
We think of you often, and are so grateful for your nurturing of our Maggie.

"Well, we just got home a few minutes from Treva and Gary's house. They both absolutely fell in love with MY Abigail! Their little Shelby and Abigail didn't quite know what to think of each other, but did good together. Little Abigail just took charge of Shelby's toys and her bed. They were so cute together. Treva and Gary just kept going on about how cute and adorable that Abigail is. Of course, I was just beaming. We are still taking pictures, so we haven't downloaded them yet. Will send some to you when we get them in the computer.
